We should really start getting more supplies in the beginning of the game, i have like 20 shortages.

The amount of supplies given is more than adequate.

If your country is short supplies, you're REALLY doing something wrong.

Ben, You could apply for a Common Market membership. that would help you get the contracts and supplies you'll need. You may also what to set your buying strategy.

Common markets though mean you're paying more for supplies (quality) when you don't need to.

And selling stuff at a lower price than you need to.
