After receiving the go ahead from a senior UC member, I have arrived on GR with the sole intent of taking out Wendy's empire. I aim to start the offensive in around 1 RL month, maybe 6 weeks max.

This does not involve any UC member, and therefore all suspected auto decs will be ignored.

All fallout will be compensated in the form of GC.

No player will be declared upon by myself other than Wendy.

Wendy has broken the charter of UC by declaring against an innocent player, that is why I have been given the go ahead to do this.

I apologise for any inconvenience to anyone, but as soon as my mission is complete, I will leave GR.

I will most certainly respect your wishes about CD, at all costs if necessary, I will attempt to steer clear of any UC members anyway, thats not even a question. No worries dude. She isn't on CD, so I will stay away from there. She may however take a C3 there, but she can keep it. I'm only after her 'big' countries.

As far as talking goes, I think that time is over. I'm only protecting my fedmates now. She has constantly threatenend Q of which his federation I am now a member.
