Advanced effectivity and quality (Golden Rainbow)

I posted this in the general section but since it pertains to GR I guess this is a better place for it.

WHAT HAPPENED?


A couple of RL weeks ago the market for advanced effectivity and quality went down the crapper on GR. The supply always ran at about -3000 to -7000 for both of these products. The corporations were always profitable.


Then one day I log in and see that there is a surplus and there has been an over supply ever since. Now these corps are losing money.


WTF happened?

If you look at production you'll see it's running at a little of 8000, while supply is supposedly running at 33000. Even if you flunked Eco 101, you probably know that's impossible for any but the very short term. I'd guess the some reference in the data base got messed up.

I actually also suspect that the speed up to 4 months per day left SimC staff less time for quality control to catch these sort of things.

I figure that was a sign that we have reached peak corp upgrades and builds were down...in other words we have too many old players and not enough young CEO's and countries.
