Unacceptable behavior on Centura Donna (Golden Rainbow)

Members of UCC on Centura Donna have been poluting the environment by using Nuclear Weapons against their nerighbors.
I call for all members of Simcountry on Centura Donna and Golden Rainbow to stand by me and let members of UCC know and understand that they cannot continue to polute our environment. The immediate impact in the vicinity of the detonations is evident immediately with the loss of life and sufferent of the immocents. After the immediate impact is felt the entire northern hemisphere is subjected to higher level of fallout. Further detonations will force me to take more affirmative actions. For now UCC, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

I thought that as leader of the UC you had a policy towards Lynx minor.

I am ashamed to see this kind of outward disagreement from UC members.

My sincerest appology to all the members of UCC. I was just trying to get some conflict going. I have chosen to verbally attack anyone who uses nuclear weapons on Golden Rainbow even though my main interest in on Lynx Minor.
I would like all nations of Goilden Rainbow to join me in making our world a safer, healthier world.
I recognized the UC but without the graphic most UC federation display I was lead to believe that UCC was not part of the UC Federatrion complez.
