LLW-exchange-need TEACHERS badly, can use all others. (Golden Rainbow)

The Commonwealth of Poerto on Golden Rainbow has 3 million extra low level workers. Lack 11379 schools, my education level is 34.53...my people cannot even spell their own names. Really need teachers. I also lack 143 hospitals, nurses doctors welcome...all others accepted too.
