Making myself a better country (Golden Rainbow)

hi my country is RACOON CITY.
i would very much like to hear
all ur comments on making my
country better.i think i have
my economy doing well.i want
to upgrade my army.i could use
some pointers on getting past
level one from all u experienced
players. thank u baz

Army is a good way to ruin your country economically bazza. If its your only country no one can attack you (secured mode) so dont worry. If you must buy stuff, get a stock of the AMMUNITION going, that wont cost you jack to keep, planes and guns will.
Select to play in peaceful mode, build enough schools/unis and hospitals to get your education and health indexes to at least 100, and work to level 2 and above.
Just the very basics, but many a new player ruins their country by trying to be a warlord too soon.
