Dear International Community,

I have recently been appointed by the game master to serve on the Security Council up until the 31st March 2010.

Why don't we all work together to improve Golden Rainbow and have a consensus on a range of issues i.e. we could effectively discuss a range of issues and vote on them.

If you're interested then please post your ideas and comments.

The only thing the security council can really do is hand out foreign aid and prevent defensive nuclear retaliation (note: it cannot do anything to prevent offensive nuclear aggression). This is because nuclear sanctions target countries rather than players.

Given this, I would suggest simply doling out foreign aid to everyone that asks and even people that don't.
