Sunday, February 21, 2010 - 06:33 am  A request was submitted for a vote for aid for this country by senior leader "Jack Jones" of "My Kind of Town". First, thank you to this leader for taking the time and effort to review this country, "The Empire of Mia nosa", and submit a proposal for aid from the Secuity Council. Although not included in the proposal language, one great area of need and difficulty has been the healthcare system. It started at a very low index value, and it has been a constant struggle to increase it since leadership of the country began. An enormous amout of resources have been lost and delayed because of this, including causing higher unemployment, fewer 'able' workers, and a lack of hospitals, as well as no 'special clinics' to rehabilitate injured workers. In addition, the relief resources are inadequate in case of a disaster of any kind, so an aid package would be useful to build up this area, as well. The country has occasional temporary cash debts and surpluses, but when many needed supplies are procurred, this is more than used, and funding the beneficial areas of healthcare and relief resources remain unfulfilled. Many efforts to assist other new leaders have been made, as well, and partly for this reason, this country has not "maximized" every given opportunity, but shared resources with others for their benefit as well. Many worker exchanges have been successfully negotiated, which has been of great assistance to preventing closures of the few hospitals that the country has. Fortunately, some assistance from enterprises to employ workers, contribute monthly payments, and provide needed supplies on request, has been of great benefit as well. But, an aid package would generously 'boost' the level of infrastructure and stabilize the country, so it is asked that leaders please support this request. In order to receive aid, both the Security Council members and the general vote of leaders would need to be accepted, so any additional support could be used. | Monday, March 8, 2010 - 04:54 pm Thank to all Security Council members and leaders generally for the support for aid to "The Empire of Mia nosa". This fleet will soon be stabilized with a pending construction of a new "Air Transport" corporation, which will also bring the first civilian "Airport" to this country, to serve as the home base for this relief fleet of 240 aircraft. This will allow freedom from any military endeavors, and provide up to 240 relief flights per Golden Rainbow day. Finally, due to the benefit of extra "Net Cash" available, the ability to raise the "Social Security payments" and related indices, and the continued development process of the country in general, the country has now quickly moved from "Level 1" to "Level 3". This has brought additional benefits to the country including the opportunity to use "Gold Coins" for transactions and potential population growth, as well as allow the country to build higher-level corporations.
