Reckon you could specify it a bit better?

Dismantle army and sell offensive weapons. Switch off auto build corp. Set up education priority (add a little extra on executives and HT exc) Start building infrastructure when work force is in place. If your corps are at 75% hiring close 3. If below 70% close some more.
