I know this is another re-post but the old thread seem neglected and bloated, so anyways...
The security council on GR has over 350T to give in development aid to new players looking for some money to help them get started.
I got these rules from the last thread, though I did change the level to go with the new level system though, and please note these rules aren't set in stone.
Please submit your requests for aid in this thread.
I feel the conditions for such aid should be very simple and broad, so we can help as many countries as possible:
1) The aid should be given to non-veterans. This to me, means anyone not in the top 50, and who has only 1 or 2 countries, and is Level 4 or less. If you're made it to 3 countries or in the top 50 or to Level 5, you're doing something right.
2) The aid should be given to someone who needs it. Assets should be under 5 Trillion.
3) All Secrecy settings should be turned off while under review. Those with nuclear weapons probably will not receive aid.
4) You should be a full member before requesting aid.
Again feel free to apply if you fit these or not, all applications will be looked at. Treat these more as guide lines.

I've been messing around with the game and would like to apply for aid, but would rather someone take a look at my set up if they have time first.
I am working on Health index (~72)at the moment - hospitals are hard to come by.
My transportation index and social security index are both over the required threshold for level 2.

I went to put up an Untied Development Aid request on the security council page, but received this message "You cannot give Development Aid to Presidents who already reached Game Level 3."
I apologize, but it appears you're ineligible. |
