I accidentally destroyed my first conquered countries economy. I am a full member,I think I can fix it but am 2T into debt and wouldn't mind a boost, any chance of a Council Payout to get back on track?

I have tried to send untied development aid, but it looks like you have surpassed level 3 and it can't be done, I am sorry. I would try selling some companies (specially the strategic weapons), since you have too many public corps and improving your employment levels, so CEOs can build, and I don't think you need an army at this moment, that costs money and your profit/loss is not balanced. If you want a quick fix on your debt you can invest some GC, but it'll be back if you don't change somenthing. A big thank you for building companies in New Duchy of Cantabria.
