Change of countries names (Golden Rainbow)

To all CEOs:

State of Ligania, State of Asuba, State of Monca, State of Kurzao and State of Cayo has changed names to Ligania, Asuba, Monza, Kurzao and Cayo, in order to make easy to locate them.
