Security Council Petition (Golden Rainbow)

Theres hundreds of trillions in the security council, come on guys - start dishing it out to us newbies (!), its dead cash else. In the long run, not only would it encourage growth in the nation recieving the aid, but in other nations too as us smaller nations get richer...we have to spend it somewhere, dont we?

Anyway, if a security council member reads this - a few trillion to Etruria would be good please!

As for everyone else, sign below if you agree that the cash should be handed out!

Well I am not quite on the sercurity council but I have just started a new federation up called The Alliance. The purpose of this federation is to help out new players by offering aid, knowledge and game help.
Please note it is still only a fledgling federation but eventually it will be epic with the right amount of people we can even surpass the sercurity council.
The beauty is it is quick than putting a vote or request to the sercurity council.
