Need Engineers! Trade my LLW through HLM, credit (Golden Rainbow)

I need about 500K engineers. I have about a million low level workers, and a fair number of everyone up to high level manager. If you prefer cash credits, fine; I have over a trillion.

It would take me years to train that many. I can't even make more universities because they need engineers. Meanwhile my employment is 48%.
