CEO looking to invest over $1 Trillion in country (Golden Rainbow)

I am going to invest over $1 Trillion in a select group of countries over the course of the next couple of game years. Interested countries must have a tax rate of 0%. And of the total group of countries, 1 country will be chosen where I will invest over $500 B in the next year and more until the entire investment is over a Trillion.

The Columbia Democratic Union would like to be considered for this investment. All six countries have now been set to 0% tax in the empire. Population will be added if a commitment is made. Thank you for your consideration!

Investment of $968.51 Billion has been made in your countries together which includes companies worth over 600B being relocated to your countries. If the population level is maintained. Then I promise to relocate a corporation worth over $2000 Billion in any one of your country and further relocate a total of 10 corporation in your countries which excludes the additional setting up of 5 new corporations in your countries.

Kingdom of Nedgar, Kingdom of Bueller and Kingdom of Elizabeth would like to be considered. Labor situation better in Nedgar and Elizabeth, but presently working to improve labor availability in all three countries. I have one new level 2 corporation pending in each country as of this post. All three countries fairly well defended.
