Looking for CEOs (Golden Rainbow)

I am currently looking for CEOs to set up corporations in my country, The Grand State of Ommarta. The tax rate target is set at 15%, and it is somewhere between 15 and 30 currently. It may not show that I have the pop. necessary but for more efficient corporations I can assure you I do.

Also the salary of most workers in the country is set at 250, with the only other CEO in the country's salary set at 300.
