Troy, your country appears to be making a profit, besides the building of corporations,schools,etc.
Try selling off your weapons. They are costing you valuable money in maintenance costs per month. You are in secured mode so there is no need for defense unless you are leveling up.
After you sell your weapons, you may be entitled to aid. |

Well I planned on conquering all the C3s around me as i conquered the one to the left. Was going to suck out all their resources to make me more money, but i will sell my weapons....my beautiful weapons  lol |
