The Grand Duchy of Marshall would be interested in exchanging some of it's 1 million unemployed low level workers in exchange for other categories, particularly high tech engineers. Any interested party can send a proposal.
Have 2 million more population on order, so may have more than the 1 million currently offered, in case of multiple interested parties.
