Drew, I didn't answer your question because I wasn't going through all 11 countries and listing their welfare value. My countries are generally a great host for CEO's. I understand the importance of good WI's since I own 3 CEO's myself.

I've acquired some countries that could probably stand a few improvements, and I am working on them.

So, my best answer is, check them out, and if they look inviting, I'll be glad to host your corps.
