New Member of the Security Council

Having been elected to the offices of the Security Council, I now solemnly swear that I will faithfully use all the wisdom I possess to make Golden Rainbow a better world. I take this oath without mental reservation and with the determination to do to the best of my ability whatever is required of me. The responsibilities of the position I feel but accept them without fear. Though the office has come to me unsought, I commence it's duties untrammeled. I bring to it a conscious desire and determination to fill it to the best of my ability to the satisfaction of the people of Golden Rainbow.

I ask the patient forbearance of my fellow Councilmen, and the prayers of all Presidents to their Deity in behalf of this consummation.
