Growing nation needs CEO's! 5% tax

A rapidly growing nation is looking for outside investors. Corporate tax is a low 5%, national welfare index is 100 and rising, and there are plenty of workers.

I don't want to leave all those workers idle for too long (who knows what mischief they'll get up to) so if I don't hear from anyone soon, I'll go ahead and create state corporations.

Please be aware that I am a new player, so if you have any advice, please share it.
