My nation is The Bishopric of Warszawa and I am looking for help and advice on how to grow and stabilise my nation.

OK, I took a look and here we go:

1. Your doing OK on Education, Health and Transportation in general. However, you need to get your Elemantary Schools in line with the Highschools and Universities. They all need to have the same index. Right now it's 108,124 and 126. This means that your Elemantary Schools are dragging down your educational index by almost 20 points. In general aim for 200 education (all three indexes), 150-180 transportation (all three indexes) and 150+ health. This is a slow and gradual process. Don't do it overnight, or you will have worker shortages and money deficits. Raise it by 5-10 points every day or so. Education must always have the priority (everything else starts from there).

Thank you very much for you help I have started to implement your advice, my concern is thus, with increasing the # of Elementary schools (I am already like +200 schools or such) wouldn't that lead to just having empty buildings and not enough kids or am I thinking too much in the real world?

You can continue thinking in real world comparisons. With more schools and teachers, the amount of children per classroom gets smaller (so the education index in this game grows). So, every child will get more attention from the teacher and there is more room for interaction (and individually-designed development), leading to better education.

I hope it's clear that when I give numbers, I'm referring to indexes, not actual school numbers. The bottom line is that as your population grows, so the "needed school" number will grow. It's wise to keep ahead of this number by having rougly double that. Don't worry about building too many. For example, if you "need" 8.000 elementary schools, try to have around 16.000 so your index is 200 and so on. For hospitals it's not the same, as it takes more than double the needed hospitals to have an index of 180+ (instead of 200). But 150-160 is fine. These numbers apply to main countries, which compete for awards and all. For slave countries 140 health and 150 transportation is fine. But for education I would go at least 200 for all of them. Otherwise, your system won't educate the needed proffessionals fast enough for your corps to hire them.

I am starting to see a bit better employment flow I am around 14.5 million people right now, the Financial index is holding at around 175 so I think that is a bit improved, just built a pile of elementary schools (570 of them) so that will help... The salaries have been reset to the levels you suggested and I reset the consumption quality index per yuor instructions. I closed the foods corps with 10% employment but I still have like one or two other corps that are aroudn 10-15% should I shutter them?

You should aim all your corps to have 100% employment. So if you have many corps at 10% close them. Leave one perhaps to be filled in the future. For 15M people you don't need more than 23 corps, especially if they are state corps like yours (private corps employ housewives and disabled which state corps don't, so the workers pool is smaller in an all-state economy like yours). Make sure to adjust your priorities so that you have enough teachers for all these schools, or the system will tear them down and you'll have to buy them all over again. And sell (or deactivate) all your weapons - at least the defensive ones.

I have deactivated the weapons, and I built the schools because I had enough teachers available to build the extra ones (All 570)
