High tech engineers

I am that first stage where I have no high tech engineers and so all my other workers are unemployed. I will trade any other kind of workers to get some at a fair ratio preferably.

Close a few corporations that are understaffed and in fields that make less money at full employment.

Then change priorities for Engineers to about 35 or so.

Also build more universities than needed.if you need 20, build 40 (not too much or else you will not have enough low, med, and high level workers).
That way, you will pump out many of them .

I finally got past that stage and now I am struggling with other things. thanks for all your help
