Howdy:
Newbie playing about 5 weeks. I'd like to increase CEO corps in my country, however, don't know much about how to do it in this game.
I can't find anything in the instructions about this aspect of the game. I'm open to advice here, or send me a PM.

CEO corps earn more profits when the tax rate is low and the welfare index of the country is high. Your country will be more appealing to CEOs the lower its tax rate is below 30%, and the higher its welfare index is above 120. Remember to check that your country settings allow CEOs.

The CEO community thanks you for your pro-business enthusiasm. When some of us CEOs see a country with a tax rate of 0 and a welfare index of 130, we wet our pants from sheer joy.

I can see that, and thanks for the advice. However, what would the benefit be for offering a 0% tax rate? My welfare is around 125, I don't think it's too bad for only 5 weeks.
I'm going to lower my tax rate to 25% and see if anyone is interested.

No interest, oh well.
I may be willing to lower the tax rate more, but I would need a CEO interested in bringing a corp to my country before doing so.

Try to personally reach out and message them. The top ceos often look for lower tax rate countries. Sell yourself to them. Just say, "would you like to build/move corps in my country? My welfare is 125 and 25% tax willing to educate workers." or something like that. Try to make sure you're messaging active ceos though. That's how I had my first ceo corps. Honestly, there is no direct benefit from 0% tax if you don't personally own the corp although if they become more profitable you'll get a little more income from enterprises. I set mine from 0-20%, once you have enough you can bump taxes up to 30 or below, but if a very active ceo sees that they may move out. My country has 75% tax and some still haven't moved lol.
