Please note, CEOs enjoy low taxes and it would encourage them to choose your nation if you ran lower taxes. Anything from from 0 - 15% is ideal.

I just started running the Empire of Xasilon. It will take a little bit of time to hit the target tax rate of 10% and get enough extra workers for more corporations but I am very interested in partnering with CEOs to set up private corporations in my country. If anyone has any advise on how to set my country up better please let me know!

@officeshredder -I had a peak at your country and you doing well -your indexes are up real high which is good and where you want them to be -especially education which should be at or above 120 and yours is at 132. Your tax rate is 10% -right where it needs to be as CEO's like between 5 and 15% tax rate. I am sure a few CEO's will come along soon.
