Request for aid from Security Council

I was wondering if the Security Council of Golden Rainbow would consider my request for aid in the form of $$$ to help fix my financial problem, most of my countries have less than -1 trillion cash and some have more than -4trillion. I was recently inactive and was planning on raiding C3's for money but wasn't able to get on and I ordered a bunch of ammo upgrades, weapons and ammo. And now I don't even have the cash to get into my country to raid more C3's. I think I learned a lesson about inactivity now.

This notice is to hereby request financial assistance for peaceful development for the country of I like shoes on GR.

The government of I like shoes is requesting these development funds in order to accelerate the growth of the country's business and economic centers. The country is currently going through a transition from state owned corporations to privately/public traded companies. Along with this transition the country's tax rate has been lowered to 10%, with plans to lower more in the future.
