Inviting Enterprises to set up Corporations

My country is growing quickly and I would like to offer the opportunity for enterprises to set up shop there (country name: Greater Mesopotamia). I am currently ranked 5th on Golden Rainbow, and am willing to purchase additional population using GC if necessary. My business rating is also high (currently just over 110).

I am also inviting enterprises to set up corporations in my country. Tax is negotiable, currently set at 20% with approval of current CEOs.

I am looking for some countries actually to set up my corporations as the ones I have currently had new leaders who have no idea what they are doing and it's biting me back. If you got a stable country with a huge population that needs work and a respectable tax fee I will happily join.

The country of i like shoes is accepting builds and state corporation purchases.
