Unable to maintain army?? (Golden Rainbow)

I am getting the same thing. I have only been online now four a couple days. I have ignored it thus far as I am focusing on the basics, but it is annoying and I have also no idea why it is happening.

When you start you are given a military that you are not quite able to staff or afford with the small starting population and economy.

I started a few days ago and also have this problem. A little research into the game documentation and I found the problem. Here's the game documentation link:

Read #24 to #27. When you begin the game, it will recommend you build your defense index to 75. The incentive is to get to Level 2, and grab the GC bonus you're granted. This is very tempting but the problem with this is that your new country can't support that kind of sustained buildup and remain largely profitable. Without getting into loans and higher fiscal managment, the game advice is fairly counterproductive to new players. As a new player, I suggest passing on the Level 2 reward for now, until you better understand how to manage your economy, and expand your popul

also, unless you are at war, you should have most of your army deactivated anyway. It is far to costly. If you check you Financial statement you can see all you costs and profits. If you need to, keep just enough active to take a c3.

When I look at my educational priorities it shows me that there are unemployed people in every profession so y are all my corporations giving me the " Production last month was limited due to a lack of workers. " How can I fix this problem I'm new?

Also guys, when you get that message regarding not having enough staff to support your army it is also sometimes due to not having enough army bases, so buy more.
