Due to a glitch in the defense units database yesterday my coutry economy is completey out of whack.

I find that I am 6500 High Tech Execs away from 100% and this is keeping millions out of work.

I will trade any amount of these for whatever you want from me and is fine if in your favor. Please help me out. Thanks.
