How do you buy free countries? (Little Upsilon)

in help it says go on home page of the free country you want to buy and select the purchase country link but i have so far failed to find that link i have the 100 gold coins u need to buy it but i dont want to go on the bidding

DO NOT BUY IT! Take it yourself or pay someone the 50gc to take it for you

It is a rip off. For 5 GC or less worth of military hardware you can conquer it. That's a savings of 95%!
