I want to buy some things from another country that they have offered for me but when I click accept, it keeps saying i spend my limit of money for the month, do they mean game month or real life month? Because if they mean game month I have not even spent anything.

It means what you were trying to trade was too expensive for what you can spend per month. It usually says what your limit is. And it is a game month thing, not real month.

If you just started, usually you have no need to buy that much per month. Just spread your purchases on a few days.
