Great idea for over populated countries (Golden Rainbow)

Trading away LLW would have the net effect of lowering birthrates almost no matter what you traded them for. The final net effect would be even more population losses.

yeah but you loose unemployed pop loss and death is like 4 times higher than birth
And if you do nothing its 2mill loss ever year
so trade em to low LE like me
you want to cut down on hlw loss

or those countries could be raided for swag!

Well i'm willing to trade with you anyday for low level workers. Allow me to have em, as many as you've got in exchange for any workers you need.
