If someone decides to sell them to you directly, yes of course.

Although I don't see the motive or incentive to do so at present.

I would begin production of them with your own countries or CEO if possible. I don't think anyone has adjusted to this change quickly enough to where you could expect a direct contract unless they have an extraordinary amount in stock in use already with no plans for use.

Currently, a player besides yourself willing to engage in a direct sale would unfortunately do so at a significant cost disadvantage. If you needed say 10,000 which is modest, a player would have to rent the space from a Space Port, purchase the goods and ship them at whatever the purchase price is plus the cost of each shuttle trip to deliver the item to their space center, then direct contract them to you from their country at base price plus quality factor for your world. I don't see how at this point in the game this would be feasible in any way.

Self sufficiency seems to be the way to go at this point.

I currently have 2000 land base cruise missles for sale. However, I am not sure that we can do the deal directly without having to go through the space trade option. I have a space centre and a shuttle but I do not possess a space dock.

Any pointers from experianced gamers in the know would be great.

One of you would need a space center on both worlds for this to work unless you can find a third party to act as middleman.

On the other hand, if anyone does have a need for land based cruise missiles and has a space dock, I will be more than happy to discuss a price.
