Shortages

there are many shortages on the world market so how does everyone get stuff?

if you order something that is not in stock you get an order ticket. 1st come 1st served.
Hence why some things you order takes months. ( i have waited 6 months for an order to come in once )
And no! there is no cutting in line. :p

it seems the gm is allowing shortages to more affect the market many C3s are having a hard time
