Seaview has a welfare of 125, a population of 15 million and a decent military. It also has a very good financial base with many CEO corporations and profitable state corps.

It would have been a little bit fair 100gc when the country had 6.8T. However, 6.5T has been manually moved out and current country price is excessively high.

It wouldn't let me offer it with over 1T. I think that was something added a few months back.

Cash is no object to me (well, within certain reasons) I would gladly load the country with 7 trillion if I could.
