Plutonium is very cheap right now.

Just to let everyone know, in case no one is aware of this yet, that the cost of plutonium on the Carina space station has dropped massively of late. It is now possible to buy 500 kg of plutonium for as little as 0.25 of a gold coin. In the past it sometimes cost as much as 14 or 15 gold coins.

And even over 500.00GC at one point. :P

And chemical missile prices have dropped to around 2GC for 25.
