Please look at Intergalactic Purple Haze
on FB. I changed the trade strategies on this country, and now my countries stopped buying products they need. I have all of my other countries on the same trade strategy and they all buy there needed supplies every month.

Do you have spending space?

If you changed the supplies to less than 3 months for the low-water mark, it may not order supplies till it has reached that low-water mark. Now, if there are shortages, your country is getting the short end of the stock and must wait till your country is given priority.

I'll have a look. I'm inclined to believe it's exactly what Space313 says.

Will post again if something extraordinary is going on..

Yes. You're having issues because trying to buy at best price and starting at 100% with 0% increase per month doesn't work very well with products that have serious shortages.

I suggest you rethink your buying strategy.

Best price does not let you raise your price. I quest that is why it is called best price.

Oops totally messed up on the wording.
When there is a major shortage, your strategy will have you waiting for a long time because a lot of buyers will looking for much higher prices.

Best price will really only work reliably when there is a surplus. I suggest you use a time based strategy and raise asking price over time.
