Howdy:
I'm looking to add some population quickly for my countries on Golden Rainbow, but think 6 for 1M from the GM is too high.

Are players allowed to trade gold coins for population? If so, I'd be willing to offer 4 GC for 1M population, I think that is a reasonable price.
