Zen - Population Transfer Deals

I'm going to start selling population instead of building countries for gc income. I'm running very low on gc and people just dont want to buy countries. So instead I'll be selling population off for 3gc. That's half the gm price. If all goes well, I'll be keeping up on my population and selling every day.

Edit: Nvm was informed that selling population effects my entire account welfare not just the planets I'm selling from lol. -_-. Sorry for spamming the trade forum
