W3C is playing around with C3 configuration, they are watching the situation and if situation gets bad after it balances out then they will fix it again.

It looks like there's a massive dieoff of corporations underway, which means falling market demands as those firms no longer purchase supplies.

This will cause shockwaves through the system until it finds an equilibrium, then prices will rebound as firms begin to get built again. This will over-correct, and you'll see it seesaw back and forth for a bit, hopefully damping the oscilation on each cycle.

I think that the oversupply is receding.

corporations produce more output value than the value of supplies they purchase.

If c3 corporations disappear, production declines, purchases too but by a smaller amount.

we think that the oversupply is temporary.
the closings are now much smaller and they only closed corporations that produce a product which has an oversupply.

C3s will also be less aggressive in starting new corporations.
They will make sure they have the workers needed.
