Personally I would never buy this country. Besides it's low monthly profit or it's third world finance rating, it's debutant soldiers have never experienced battle, not even a border skirmish. They spend all day in their mud hut barracks playing solitaire and dreaming of being warriors but it will never happen because their leaders are hiding in bunkers sharpening their stone spears and waiting in fear of a knock at the door.

Instead, use the weapons the game gods have graciously given you to take your your next two countries for free, and then buy a minimal amount of weapons and take your third. That's 60 million population for virtually nothing.
