WG - WTD high tech engineers for low, med, high level workers

Emerithe Land (WG) produces 40k high tech engineers each month and needs an influx of around 400k various low, med, high level workers each RL day.

If you don't need High tech engineers, I can also trade high level managers, executives, high tech seniors, high tech executives, and probably anything else.

you must have more unemployed than the numbers needed or the problem will not be resolved.

It's not that I need 400k unskilled workers, but that I want them. I want to open a new corporation each RL day, but my education index is so high (around 280) that I don't produce enough unskilled labor.
