Stuart I have intentionally attempted to make peace with all sincerity in mind. I have never looked at your website until today after we agreed to peace. I am saddened and upset that you would have posted me as a terrorist on your feds website. I also feel that you promted me to look just so i could see my name being trashed on your feds site. Poking, while fun, can be dangerous especially when it comes to me these dayz. Players who are new to the game and will have nothing to fear from me will obviously become affected by this disinformation posted on your site.
Now not to sound like King, but you have gone far out of your way to paint several players as terrorists and yourself and your fed members as saints. The furthest of which could be true.
For example, the account of Loki leaving the game. Not to give myself a pat on the back but you have mistated the true and correct version of the circumstances surrounding his departure. In a war long ago, Loki decided to side with some troublemakers in CIS that decided to act with LDI in terrorizing presidents on Lacerta. Namely Jason. Jason was evicted from CIS upon my request for fabricating false evidence against me as a cause of war. My case was presented publicly and the community saw the false accusations brought against me which was the ONLY reason Jason was evicted, despite Loki and Stuart knowing full well he was lying in full site of the SC community. I took the token eviction with a grain of salt knowing full well he was not really being punished in any real manner.
The conflict widened, to involve LDI whom now jason is affiliated and Loki was a member of his LDI branch. They continued taking aggressive actions against me to exact revenge for the public exposure of such evil trickery imposed by themselves when they were put on front street for trying to falsify intelligence to the SC community. During this time my patience had grown weary for sitting back and taking their crap. I fully declared on Loki's war slave ( even as stuart boasted of Loki having the worlds 4th largest army) LDI and The false messiah Dubbytaihg formed a coalition to undermine the operation though it was a failure, I was nuked beyond imagination during the campaign. The High Profitess pressed on and was victorious against the Azurain Confederacy and its war nation Lunar Cry. Loki was reportedly leaving the game after suffering massive depression and defeat and public humiliation at the hands of my empire and I vowed to take the rest of his slaves (though economic) in revenge of the nations my empire lost due to the actions of these rash presidents. Mind you all that STU and CIS allies were nowhere to be found during this conflict when I took lokis countries, you also boast of the "best fed support" and looking out for the "little guy", but you didn't even lift a finger to protect your own, or your thirty member fed. So please don't give King wieght when he says you pump propaganda to SC public, all I see on your site is just that propaganda that plays up token victories and marginal advances you have made since you restructured CIS but not much real work. Yeah you have climbed the ranks but thats a collection of individuals not your own so I would be careful when making some of the claims you have made.
He hung around for a short while but as i positioned my empire for a second and final assault loki sold off his empire attempting to rob me of my glory of the fullness of victory. Nevertheless, his departure at my hands was payment enough, and I wished it hadn't come to that he was one of my favorite enemies and my first real war conquest. Many have played down the veritas defeat( another who conveniently "left" after I took his country) claiming he was "not trying" so this was a special conquest for me.
I am in no way a terrorist. I only fight in defense of my empire. I have not nor will I be aggressive towards any players who do not have ill will for me. So i would appreciate if you would remove me from the site. I want to have and maintain peaceful relations with CIS but this will hinder the small progress we have made and threatens to unravel the whole process for peace which I, who you name a terrorist has proposed. Terrorists don't want peace they just want to die and take you with them, so lets try and get it right.
Now I have no doubt that you will come and hit this thread and deny everything and spam a bs case for keeping my name on your "list" or your own self righteous justification for doing it in the first place, but just take me off and we can move forward from here. And the reference to loki was not to stir up any trouble or make CIS look bad, but its just an example of how things can become distorted in a mix of information and misinformation, and I would like it corrected.

Wendy - That was created before we agreed to peace - and I simply didn't update it, Whilst I don't agree 100% with your version of what happenend, out of common courtesy I will edit the page today.
To say that I painted several players as terrorists is not exactly true anyway - it was just you and King. A situation that will be resolved today in the name of peace.
As regards CIS's past - we are a different federation now, with different members and different policies.
With Loki, we were not informed that you had taken his slaves untill it was too late due to a lack of communication between the fed members. That issue has now been resolved and will never happen again as we have new lines of communication open to us all. Not only that, but even if we were told about it at the time, we simply didn't have the manpower in the area to be able to do anything. That too has been now been rectified.
You also stated about Loki being a member of LDI; yes that was true - but to ensure the safety of our federation members, a new procedure was put in place stating that every president who joins CIS must have all of their countries in our federation, or not at all.
As I said - CIS is a different federation now, under different leadership, with different policies and procedures and different members. The only thing that likens us to the CIS of old is the name. It has been totally reformed since I became chairman. Everything on that site was true when written, but yes - I agree that certain parts of it do need updating. We have not made marginal advances at all - we are the largest federation on LU now - at least with the number of member nations that we have.
I have worked hard to establish CIS where it is today, and will continue to work hard on it in the future. I have a good team around me and good, active fed members. CIS is now my baby - and will continue to be for the forseeable future.
You have to bear in mind that I have only been the chairman for a little over a month, and in that time we have changed the direction of the federation totally. No longer are we willing to get involved in international disputes that don't have any effect us, nor will we ever take action against an innocent president. As far as I am concerned - CIS will continue to grow and evolve to better fit in with the global community. Since becoming chairman, I have installed new lines of communication for the presidents of CIS, produced new policies regarding membership criteria, started two new branches which are half full already, changed the direction that the fed was going as regards international relations, started a massive recruitment campaign which has so far seen our numbers swell by an incredible 200%, started The Aid Team with the intention of helping new presidents succeed financially, designed full training programmes for our members, designed and built a public website so the rest of the community can see a truthful outlook of CIS, and improved our members only website, which incidently gets around 40 hits a day from our federation colleagues. So to say that there has not been a lot of 'real work' done is not exactly truthful. There is still a lot of work to be done to get CIS to where we want it, but it will be done.
Most of all, I know its not just me helping to put CIS where it is in the stats now, it is a team effort by each and every member of our federation.
I trust that we can put this matter to rest now.

I am very hopeful for this agreement of peace. Let it usher in another period of peace and prosperity on Little Upsilon.
I hope past slights and differences can be forgotten, and that we can all move forward as better people.
I am willing to accept Wendy as a valued player again. If she shows she is willing to change, i hope others will too. |
