The reason for the declaration is your calling me a troll, not refusing to give me advice, for one, the request for advice was directed at Tom Willard , who may be able to explain the problem well.

Wendy, one of those consequences was a hit to your reputation. Whether you liked it or not, players who did not bother to involve themselves in your wars saw you running your mouth uncontrollably (which you yourself just admitted to, at least at one point in time), and formed opinions about your behavior on the forums.

That you declare wars over a single word which many here would consider an accurate statement also reflects poorly upon your reputation. Moreover, I should point out that you and King Hezekiah are pretty much the only two people who have said anything about my posts, the content of which has usually been "ok, you can stop spamming/trolling any time now."

This isn't a popularity contest. I don't care what you think about me, or anyone else for that matter. What matters is that you took a shot at me on more than one occasion, I even warned you that doing so again would result in a war declaration, I let it slide once. I will not again. That declaration is to keep your country open until I set up on your continent.

My proposal is simple. Add an extra feature when conquering C3's. Right now when your fighting someone who is using a C3 and you win the country your only options are to: End the War which leaves the C3 in your enemies hands to use against you again -OR- take the C3 which means you aquire all the debt your enemies have loaded onto that country (debt bomb).

So your damned if you do or damned if you don't. If you Do take the country you aquire the debt that your enemy used to buy weapons to fight you with "damned".

If you Don't take the country he or she still has the country to use as a platform or gateway to attack you with "damned".

I believe it could cure what seems to be a basic problem that allows players to attack others without paying for loans that they take from the world bank in throw away C3's.

Sure whatever you say Maxwell, I'm good if you are. This won't stop anything, what you are experiencing is war that would follow you regardless of debt or not. You could liberate that country, and I will just take another. You learned a valuable lesson, don't leave a c3 on your step. If you are going to fire shots you should be willing to conquer. Cost should not be a factor when deciding the commencement of war.

This is a game of attrition my dear and as long as your actually paying for those weapons your using it's all good but what you've done is found a loophole in the game and your exploiting it.

If this aspect of the game is not fixed then we will all have to do what your doing and that is to crawl up under the nearest WP rock "like Yourself" with our Main Slaves and play the C3 game which quite frankly does not sound that appealing to me.

After reading all the above threads, i find that a declaration of war on "Evil Woody" is necessary, and that i completely support Wendy's actions. It is Keith's use of language that seems to infuriate many countries across the continent. I feel as though Wendy has been unfairly treated for quite some time because of numerous misconceptions developed by countries who are continually jealous of Wendy's great economic and military accomplishments. Your presidency start date is December 2305. Which means that you were still on your free trial period (assuming you are not a transplant from another world) or had just left your free trial period, when Wendy ran her mouth an order of magnitude more than I ever have (she admitted running her mouth irresponsibly in this very thread), and sneak attacking innocent presidents.

I tried to point out to her, politely, at the time that her conduct risked making neutrals suspicious of her. She ignored the advice at the time (apparently she cannot accept constructive criticism of her actions), and while Wendy spam has been replaced by Hezekiah spam in the last couple of weeks, she does not have the thick skin to accept that her previous aggressive actions do not endear herself to any who were paying attention at the time they occurred.
