Security Council Proposals. (Little Upsilon)

Greetings.

I am writing this post to urge Little Upsilon presidents to vote in favor of giving security council aid to 'Caliphate of Gez' and 'The Independent State of Zonua.'

Both these nations are small and could use a boost of cash to accelerate expansion.

Absolutely...I am in favor of giving it all away...otherwise, the money does no one any good...
