Good evening Dirt.

This is an official declaration of war upon you from the Valde Subsidium super-federation.

This is a result of two things - Firstly Dizzy and I agreed a non-agression pact between our two federations, that should have prevented you from declaring on Elaieva, a member of Tempus Fugit South, and taking her country.

Secondly, i also received similar assurances that you would no longer be raiding innocent inactives to fuel this UC war of yours, a practice which is both detestable and unfair.

Elaieva is a peaceful player in joint command of one of the Tempus Fugit branches. She has been inactive yes, but is under our official protection as a member still. If anyone were to help a new player, diffuse a sticky political situation or just be a joy to talk to, it was her.

Because of these thing, I am declaring war on you. My terms are as such:

dub as chairman of LDI I offer any and all support.

I have contacted you Dub.


Jason, I think your plate is already quite full so I understand how you need all the support you can get. lol

Please understand, I AM NOT UC on LU. I have been attacked TWICE by LDI becaue of my affiliation on GR. It states CLEARLY in the UC Charter that the UC is to remain on GR and off-world politics stay off-world.

Thats BS. That account has been inactive for quite some time, and thats the risk you run when you pay for an account and then don't service it. Had she been active, the countries would have been respectfully left out of any and all conflict.

I am afraid that protected inactive accounts may only serve one of two purposes. The first and most likely possibility is that she has lost interest in the game and wishes not to derreg the account. Or, the second is that it is an account left behind for the sole purpose of providing an asset to a singular player or group of players creating an unfair advantage, where the country will more or less be rather defenseless and easily taken and yet build up assets over time of inactivity and be held in limbo until such time as a freindly player or associate its meant to benefit chooses to utilize the implied advantage.

Inactivity is a nono. If any country is not active it is comon knowledge that they

have fun trying. :P

No, it is not. Although Ela has not logged into her countries, she has logged into the chatroom.

It is a risk, for which the insurance is to ask your friends to take care of them until your return. I may have missed the declaration, but I reacted once I saw it nonetheless.
