Due to King complying with the terms for peace which he set out, my forces have now withdrawn from NLUO member nations with the exception of your own. We are fully prepared for war with you Wendy, but if you reply to this and acknowledge that my war with King is over, and that you will not attack Tanis - I will hold off attacking you. Let us put a stop to this now before it gets out of hand again.

A message to my fellow CIS members;

You are not to fire first. Wendy has agreed that she will not fire the first shot, and nor will we. We will only attack once she fires upon us, if she does at all. If not, just allow your declarations to expire.
