Relocating FMU corps - need countries (Little Upsilon)

I'm looking to relocate 30 or 40 FMU corporations that are fully upgraded.

I need names of countries with under 10 tax and the available workers to handle them. They pay close to 3B a month in country resources used, which is more than the average.

just for your corps wild i will add population and lower taxes to 9% on my newly acquired c3s. i have ceos blocked atm to prevent job shortages accross the board so start moving in quick i dont want any other ceos building a bunch of newb corps i was gonna do all my own ceo corps in these but i feel for your money er i mean pain lol.

@ everyone so far, in this thread and in chat, thanks. I have about 20 more left to move. This is going a lot quicker than I thought.

But please remember to be sure you have the requisite workers since FMU are worker intensive, and these are fully upgraded. It is, however, worth it.
