VS/CIS merger (Little Upsilon)

Hello LU.

As you all know, CIS has become something of a world power over the last few months, and it is with a heavy heart that I announce the following.

CIS has agreed to merge with Valde Subsidium and our branches will now be known as Tempus Fugit CIS ***** and so on.

I have found it increasingly hard to run such a large federation and juggle it with RL and my own countries. After an exhaustative search, I could not find anyone who was willing to take over the reigns, so the branch leaders have voted to merge with VS.

To our enemies; This is not a surrender, just a re-organisation, so don't think your off the hook just yet. It just means that you have the whole of Valde on your case to now lol!!!

To our allies: Any agreement will be fully honoured.

To our friends; Thankyou for being there for us. We appreciate it and will do so in the future.

And last but certainly not

I would like to note that this was not the result of the Great Gummy Bear War of 2360.

As I guess recently appointed recruitment officer of Valde Subsidium and its branches, would like to extend a warm hand in friendship and thank you all for this recent merger. If any of you have any questions you can message me at Empire of Chaos and I will do my best to answer you.

I am pleased to authorise this merger between the two federations Valde Subsidium and CIS, two very different entities; old and new, respected and upcoming. Qualities that no doubt will compliment each other.

I believe that this can be mutually beneficial - Valde gaining a boost of new and promising players, CIS the protection and experience of our members.

As Stuart said, this will create the largest federation on Little Upsilon - all CIS branches with exception to that of Keith are involved. The ideology of Valde remains unchanged - Responsibility and Moderation, and we will ensure as the most powerful organisation on the planet, we will always do what is best for it as a whole.

The logistical intricacies of the merge are being worked on as we speak, but in no way will it leave either federation harder to manage, less true to it's principles and easier to attack, i can assure you that.

I would like to welcome all of the CIS members who agreed with the merger and will from now on be an integral part of Valde.

I know some of you for a very long time now. I've helped some learn some aspects of the game, or provided some help and guidance in some form or the other or simply made you company.

I believe no one else but Stuart and I know what was the impact I had in CIS's formation. It was a small contribution, but it was well placed.

When Stuart was a young player, he asked membership to Valde, but it was refused. It was more because of Valde being full and getting drag to an occasional conflict than by anyother reason. But I messaged him back considering joining or making a new federation. That's when he got involved and formed CIS with Loki and Danzig some time later.

I commend Stuart on a wise decision to protect his members with a better shield than himself. That was very unselfish move. Congrats Stuart, I see now you have more than your own interests in mind.

As a Seven Nation Army leader I would like to congratulate both CIS and Valde Subsidium on their merger.

Seven Nation Army has enjoyed a very positive and friendly relationship with both federations. We are looking forward to continuing friendly diplomacy with this new entity.

I request that Dub/Stuart inform Priest, EO or myself of who we should contact when conducting formal diplomacy.

It now appears that Little Upsilon is left with two 'super' federations.

LG has helped me a lot with my countries and empire, and has had a massive influence on how I have managed my countries, and I look forward to working whith him in the future along with other respected Valde members.

Wendy, it wasn't because I couldn't offer protection to my members. I think that I have done pretty well since taking over. But it has taken its toll on me. For 5 months I have been logging in and on average I have around 50 messages a day which I reply to, then I have to update and run our game website which I kept very active, and all that on top of maintaining diplomatic relations with other federations and running my own empire. The game just wasn't fun for me anymore, so that was my main decision to beinging CIS to an end was based on.

I entered the peace talks and offered you three terms:
A: You apologise to a list of players you have insulted
B: You Promise to conduct yourself amicably and properly in game

Let me say this for the last time, I ask nothing of the false messiah dubby wubby.

I offer to entertain Stuart's request for peace, hinging on Valde's offer of a non aggression pact very simple, it need not be over complicated.

I ask this of Stuart, Dub, if you need to agree or disagree as to why you don't or won't agree, you need have that speak with Stuart and Or LG not I. I don't even take you seriously anymore. Only a small joke, I'm almost done laughing, but you won't shaddup already.

This is the final offer of peace you will ever get from Valde. Choose your next words carefully.
