Genocide?? I too thought of this. If I remember my history Stalin killed 3 times as many people as Hitler.
I wonder how we could incorperate this into Simcountry?

eh quite simply u just sell off all your population on the really badly stricken nations and then exchange at a smaller level of people to get the ratios better before adding back the population...if u want to keep ur corps u gotta go pillage probably 10 c3s to dump 7m llw for other stuff depending on what u want but if u really didnt care 6 would probably be enough.

sent u both a few more offers but im afraid those will be my last cant take in any more llw anymore empire wide im drained of educated profesionals now rofl. took a few million all and all u should have noticeable differences by the time u accept these last exchanges over all i should think.
